Inside Sales Project Management Analyst

• Oversee the creation and management of required projects and programs
• Manages, develops, and implements comprehensive monitoring, assessment, and compliance systems, procedures, and processes as required by the Inside Sales Organization and as per the agreed company format
• Manage risks, including developing contingency plans such as changes to project execution and delivery deadlines
• Monitoring and follow-up of results and their delivery within each project
• Implementation of the agreed processes, based on the guidelines provided by the Inside Sales Organization and the PM manager
• Tests and confirms the functionality of implemented project solutions necessary for the work of the Inside Sales Organization
• Implementation of software solutions for the Inside Sales Organization in different tools provided by the company, to support the projects on which the Inside Sales Organization is engaged
• Triages and resolves issues related to project solutions provided to the Inside Sales Organization
• Designs processes and procedures to support operational efficiency in the Inside Sales Organization. This includes new process design as well as operational process improvement
• Works with other teams from the same organizational unit to ensure an efficient and productive experience - from start to finish
• Monitoring the performance of team members through proactively developed KPI metrics
• Identifies and collects documents, as well as support and advice needed for the management, planning, and control of projects and programs
• Defines project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables
• Prepares and reports to the Inside Sales Organization through defined reports
• Liaises with the Inside Sales Organization and the project team to ensure the overall direction and integrity of the project
• Agrees on the technical and quality strategy with the appropriate members of the project team
• Creation of processes and procedures around the implementation of the project solution for the Inside Sales Organization

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of advanced Excel skills (ie v-look-ups, filtering, etc.)
• Strong and comprehensive communication skills to exchange complicated information
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to project manage individual issues, including engagement of subject matter experts from different groups
