Responsibilities
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and building the relevant account list
- Lead segmentation & initiation of sales campaigns for targeted prospects, and assisting marketing and sales team in launching campaigns
- Consistently delivering high-quality, accurate contact data to the Sales Development team by leveraging online research tools
- Identify decision-makers and influencers within targeted leads to begin the sales process
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in Zoho (CRM)
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
- Assist in developing target market reports by industry and region
- Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
- Collaborating with other members of the Sales and Marketing team to help improve and build better processes for the program
- Attend and participate in team meetings
Requirements
- Possessing strong Integrity, Commitment, Adaptation, Respect and Excellence
- Professional English speaking and writing proficiency is a must
- Experience using G Suite (spreadsheets, docs, calendar, slides)
- A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Goal-oriented individual with a strong team player attitude & an ambition/interest in building carrier in sale
- Excellent client servicing skills
- Experience using CRM software is an asset
- Outstanding organizational skills with good attention to detail
- Proactive, outgoing personality with a high level of adaptability and a can-do attitude
- Must be approachable and helpful
- Ability to multitask
- Readiness to work afternoon shifts on weekdays
