  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and building the relevant account list
  • Lead segmentation & initiation of sales campaigns for targeted prospects, and assisting marketing and sales team in launching campaigns
  • Consistently delivering high-quality, accurate contact data to the Sales Development team by leveraging online research tools
  • Identify decision-makers and influencers within targeted leads to begin the sales process
  • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in Zoho (CRM)
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
  • Assist in developing target market reports by industry and region
  • Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
  • Collaborating with other members of the Sales and Marketing team to help improve and build better processes for the program
  • Attend and participate in team meetings


  • Possessing strong Integrity, Commitment, Adaptation, Respect and Excellence
  • Professional English speaking and writing proficiency is a must
  • Experience using G Suite (spreadsheets, docs, calendar, slides)
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Goal-oriented individual with a strong team player attitude & an ambition/interest in building carrier in sale
  • Excellent client servicing skills
  • Experience using CRM software is an asset
  • Outstanding organizational skills with good attention to detail
  • Proactive, outgoing personality with a high level of adaptability and a can-do attitude
  • Must be approachable and helpful
  • Ability to multitask
  • Readiness to work afternoon shifts on weekdays
