Brief Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Intermediate Equipment Engineer to join our team in Loznica. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of production equipment, contributing to high yield and quality standards. You will also participate in equipment installation, debugging, and upgrades, sharing your technical expertise to enhance team knowledge and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment operates smoothly and meets production yield and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, calibration, and repairs.
• Participate in equipment installation, debugging, and acceptance testing.
• Analyze equipment faults, develop repair plans, and optimize performance.
• Share technical knowledge and support the team’s growth in equipment management.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or higher; degree in Automation, Automatic Control, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related fields preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in equipment management and 1 year in equipment debugging.
• Language: Professional English
• Technical Knowledge: Mechanical principles, equipment operation, safety standards, electrical principles, component knowledge, and human-machine interaction.
• Personal Attributes: Honest, reliable, proactive, adaptable, hardworking, and analytical.
• Work Environment: Office-based with regular presence on the production floor; occasional overtime may be required.
