As part of our KCGL team, you’ll play a key role in making sure our financial reporting is accurate, reliable, and follows company policies.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out internal checks related to General Ledger and Reporting, and for reviewing the quality of checks. You’ll work closely with KC Finance GL & Reporting teams and the Global Internal Control System (ICS) team to ensure everything runs smoothly and meets company’s standards.
- Execute and document internal controls for GL & Reporting in ICST for assigned countries
- Monitor and review control performance across centralized and local teams
- Provide guidance and follow-up on ICS procedures and requests
- Support ICS training initiatives and maintain working instructions
- Communicate updates and coordinate ICST users for the assigned countries
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- CPA, ACCA, or CIA certification will be considered as an advantage
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounting & Reporting within a multinational environment
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Internal Controls
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in office-based IT tools
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, ICS, and local tax regulations
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Independent working style with strong planning and organizational abilities
- Strong communication skills with proactive approach
