Due to expansion, our Sales Team is looking for an active person to work in customer service (Internal Sales)

Internal Sales Manager

Working place: Belgrade

Main Tasks:

  • Processing customer requests
  • Issuing invoices/offers
  • Customer support for a designated group
  • Qualification of sales leads and passing them to the business development manager
  • Negotiating terms with the customer and preparing contracts
  • Cross-selling
  • Preparing reports on completed work
  • Creating production orders
  • Supporting the delivery of goods to the customer

Required qualifications:

  • We will consider candidates without work experience but with completed education in economics or management. Final-year students are also eligible.
  • Knowledge of English (B1 level or higher)
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages is considered an advantage.
