International Finance Business Partner

Summary

We are looking for the International Finance Business Partner that will integrate the team responsible for the Group Finance Business Partnering (BP). This position will enable you to get an excellent helicopter view of Proximus’ international activities – the growing engine of the Proximus Group, to be informed about all related strategic decisions made by the Executive Committee and to have an impact on the Financial monitoring of Proximus Group.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible to coordinate the International Ebitda reporting, planning & forecasting (including Long Term Plan delivery, next year’s target setting delivery, monthly forecasts, actuals monitoring) and prepare the related financial presentations to the International Management Committee and to the Board of Proximus.
• You will coordinate the processes alignment between the three International entities. You would drive the international teams towards a global company mindset, standardize and harmonize the way of working between the entities, identify and set-up clear processes when required.
• You are be the International Finance BP and ‘relay’ for the Proximus management for any specific request related to the International scope. These can relate to follow-up on international M&As, specific savings programs, new ESG requirements needs.

Your Profile

Hard skills:

• University Master’s degree.
• You have minimum 6 years of experience in the Finance environment including experience in financial controlling (or Business Partnering), if possible, at Group level.
• You also have project management experience in Finance consulting and/or financial audit.
• Knowledge in Digital Communications sector is a plus.
• You have an excellent knowledge of MS Excel & MS PowerPoint. Experience in TM1/Cognos and/or Adaptive/Anaplan is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of English language, both verbal and written.
