International Proposal Manager

IRD Engineering is currently recruiting for an International Proposal Manager –  Permanent Position – to be based in any of our offices in Rome, Bucharest, Tirana, Belgrade or Skopje, within the Business Development Unit.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate:

• Will be responsible to coordinate the entire Tender process, from selection of partners, recruiting experts, selection of references and to the final presentation of expression of interests and proposals.
• Will be involved in collaborating with the technical team to draft the technical proposals.
• Will be in charge of the administrative aspects of the tenders together with the administration unit.

Experience And Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in the role of Proposal Manager For International Projects financed by MDB’s (EBRD, WB, ADB, etc) and by the European Union.
• Experience with International engineering companies in transportation and/or water sector is a strong asset. 
• Skills in managing proposals and bids, including collaborating with multidisciplinary teams involved in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
