International Sales Coordinator

We are now looking for an
International Sales Coordinator
to join our international sales team. You will be working in our Monster Career CZ s.r.o. team (www.monster.cz) of 10 enthusiastic sales and recruitment professionals. Our office is located in Prague.
In your job you will mainly work with internal clients inquiries; you will answer telephone calls and emails but you will also work with Monster.cz clients. You help our international sales team with product and pricing requests and coordinate orders and materials to ensure the best client satisfaction. Your job is also to provide administrative support; you file all necessary documents as required, maintain and process all international client contracts and support our International Sales Director located in Helsinki, Finland with reporting and international materials.
This full-time position is ideal for a person with positive “can do” attitude, ability to work well with others and solid work ethic. You are fluent in English and Czech language and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially of Excel. You also have strong organizing skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects within deadlines. Previous experience from international role is an advantage but not a must, more important is the right attitude and willingness to learn. This job also requires some traveling.
