Toyo Tire Corporation was founded in Japan in 1945 and is a producer of tires for passenger vehicles, light trucks, trucks & buses, as well as automobile components. It operates worldwide, including the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Germany, UK, Netherlands, Italy, Russia, China, Thailand, and Malaysia. It has more than 13,000 employees worldwide and represents the 11th largest tire manufacturer in the world. The company Toyo Tire Serbia was established in 2019, and construction of a plant started in 2020, with production kicked off in 2022. The plant encompasses Tire Test track and the first bifacial and currently the largest Solar Power plant in Serbia.
About the Internship

What You’ll Be Doing
- Be part of the daily activities and see how production works.
- Assist with day-to-day tasks in your assigned department.
- Support ongoing projects and contribute fresh ideas.
- Support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency
- Support the team in making sure everything runs on time and safely.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, or analyze data as needed (don’t worry, we’ll show you how!).
- Learn about problem-solving on the production floor.
- Get involved in projects to make processes faster, smarter, and more efficient.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects.
- Learn and apply lean manufacturing, 5S, and other production-related methodologie.
What We’re Looking For
- Students of final year (or recent graduate) from Faculty of Technical Science or Faculty of Technology.
- Curious, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint are great to have).
- Fluency in English
- No prior experience needed – just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
