INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Location: Šabac
Duration: 6-12 months
POSITIONS:
1. HR specialist (focus on recruitment)
- Development of recruitment channels
- Communication with hiring managers
- Scheduling and interviewing candidates
- Involvement in other HR jobs
2. Quality assistant
- Daily scrap reports preparation
- Support tasks for onsite QC and QE
- Attendance tracking of quality department employees
- Others tasks assigned
3. EHS assistant
- Tasks in health and safety area
- Tasks in environment protection area
- Tasks in fire protection area
- Others tasks assigned
4. Purchasing assistant
- Assist in procurement activities
- Assist in coordination with logistics
- File and keep documentation
- Other tasks assigened
5. Finance assistant
- Keeping track of company’s finance
- Entering finance date into data base
- Preparing and processing financial statements
- Support other employees for finance related tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor or Master degree is preffered
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
- Proactivity and motivation to learn
