Java Developer for e-Learning Platform
You will:
- Create high-quality digital consumer experiences, as a part of our team engaged in the development of a global tier one web-content and eCommerce platform
- Have opportunity to attend a comprehensive AEM training and certification
- Be involved in technical design and hands-on development of customer facing applications based on Adobe AEM v6.x
- Develop a global pool of reusable white label AEM components to be used by site developers; enhance existing components
- Develop web services to integrate AEM components with other enterprise platforms (CRM, eCommerce, IAM, PIM, etc.)
- Support migrations to latest AEM versions
- Perform code reviews and management of the complex code base branches of the global platform for AEM
- Operate and leverage Agile and Scrum methodologies

You have:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in software development using Java
- Previous work in Web based applications projects (including knowledge of HTML/JSP, JavaScript/jQuery/AJAX and CSS), agile methodologies and distributed development teams would be considered as assets
- Excellent understanding of OOP principles, design patterns and practices
- Very good web services understanding
- Familiar source/version control (GIT is a plus)
- Strong motivation to learn and perform working on the top enterprise content management system
- Ability to interpret and communicate information to the client
- Open and friendly personality, as well as drive, initiative, problem-solving mindset, excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Degree in computer science or equivalent (desirable)
