Java Engineer
Job description
- In this Java Engineering role, you will be part of our core team, leveraging modern open source technology capabilities to deliver advanced solutions and platforms.
- You will be primarily focused on developing microservices for various parts of our core platform.
- You will team with a group of experienced software engineers and architects to implement innovative microservice business capabilities to drive success of our products, for gaming industry.
- As a part of an agile team, you will be instrumental in steering the direction of the core platform, from architecture decisions to exploring new technologies that might better fit our needs.
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years in Information Technology in software development role
- 3+ years of hands-on software engineering and object-oriented programming
- 2+ years of experience developing RESTful APIs or RESTful web services
- 2+ years of experience using Java and the Spring Framework including Spring boot
- Good command of in written and spoken English
- Disciplined, analytical, engineering oriented mind set
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
- Experience with API Gateways, Swagger API, Kafka
- Experience with NoSQL database technologies
- Experience with monitoring & logging tools
- Experience building applications based on Microservices Architecture
- Bachelor’s Degree of computer science
