Keep projects moving, authors happy & designers sane? You're magic!
Our design studio specializes in book cover design for international authors across a wide range of genres, with a special focus on fantasy, sci-fi, and romance. We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to be the vital link between our creative team and clients worldwide.
What do we expect from you?
- Communicate with authors and turn their feedback into clear guidelines for the designers
- Collaborate closely with our design team to make sure the author's feedback is executed correctly and deadlines are met
- Keep projects on track and expectations realistic (without killing the magic)
- Guide projects with a steady hand—meeting deadlines while keeping standards sky-high
- Know when to fight for beauty — and when to say “That sword wouldn’t work like that”
What we’re looking for:
- Fluent, flawless English (written and spoken)
- A first-level university degree (Bachelor or equivalent)
- Excellent organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and calm under pressure
- A true book lover with a keen eye for visual design and a refined aesthetic sense
- Bonus points if you’re familiar with different types of weaponry, magical systems, or worldbuilding tropes — many of our clients write fantasy, epic fiction, and sci-fi, and it helps to speak their language
What you can expect from us:
- A chance to shape beautiful books seen all over the world
- A small team with big ideas and zero ego which values art, clarity, and respect
- A friendly modern workspace buzzing with creativity, collaboration, and great music (turbofolk allowed only on Fridays).
- Fair pay, and space to grow
- Private medical insurance
- A permanent contract after a short probationary period.
- 40-hour work week
If you believe in the power of stories and love being the bridge between people, design, and vision – we’d love to hear from you.
Experience in the book industry is a plus but not required. We care more about your communication skills, mindset, and ability to stay organized and keep projects on track.
The one non-negotiable requirement is fluent English, both written and spoken. A short written English test will be part of the interview for all shortlisted candidates.
