How you’ll go beyond:?

• Manage the price notifications from suppliers for SMS services
• Enhance the automation of the tool and processes related to the price change notifications from suppliers (adding more suppliers to automated rules for price changes, new features for foreign currency exchange - fixed rates, etc.)
• Manage the price notifications from suppliers for Voice & MI services
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among different departments to promote cross-functional teamwork and ensure alignment of objectives
• Monitor price notifications from suppliers, maintain Price Increases file, send internal notifications, and coordinate increases with Procurement Managers and other stakeholders
• Collect necessary information and distribute weekly promo file to the relevant teams (think of a way to track Promo impact/results)
• Handle internal requests (e.g. AFT or RMT requests), coordinate with Procurement team, track the results, and seek a timely resolution
• Investigate disputes related to price discrepancies and identify potential improvements to avoid reoccurrence of the disputes; coordinate with finance team
• Actively seek to promote a healthy team environment so as to maintain and increase overall team morale and individual team members' job satisfaction

What you bring to the table:?

• You hold a degree in business, economics, marketing, social/political sciences, linguistics, or any other related field
• Fluent in English, verbal and written; other languages are a plus
• You have strong organizational and computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office
• You are willing to work closely in a team, both from home and from the office
