We are seeking an analytical, motivated, and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic Operational Excellence team working at the Kansai Helios Group level. Tasks and responsibilities:

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources.
• Develop insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Support OPEX and CAPEX budgeting process and tracking of realisation and anomalies.
• Customize reports and visualizations to meet the specific needs of stakeholders and end-users.
• Conduct data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
• Identify and resolve data anomalies, discrepancies, and errors in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor their impact on performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users on accessing and interpreting reports and dashboards.
• Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials for data analysis tools and systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization.
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance data analytics capabilities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other communications materials to communicate environmental performance and achievements to internal and external stakeholders.

What we expect:

• At least VII. level of education in information technology, statistics, mathematics, engineering or related field.
• 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Excellent level of English language due to international work environment.
• Proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive reports and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP systems and experience in analysing data from SAP databases.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and their role in production management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proactive positive attitude with a commitment to problem-solving, continuous learning and professional development.
• Goal-oriented team player capable of working with multiple departments.
• Demonstrates strategic thinking, understanding the broader impact of data insights on product and business objectives.
