Junior Draftsperson - Reinforcement Drawings in Allplan

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Draftsperson to join our international team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality reinforcement drawings using Allplan, supporting senior draftpersons and engineers in the preparation and delivery of construction drawings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Drafting and Detailing

• Work on interesting structural engineering projects
• Produce detailed reinforcement drawings based on engineering designs and specifications.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to company and industry standards

Collaboration

• Work closely with senior draftpersons, engineers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deadlines.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the resolution of design issues. 

Quality Assurance

• Conduct thorough checks of drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Incorporate revisions and feedback from engineers and project managers. 

Software Proficiency

• Utilize Allplan effectively to create and modify reinforcement drawings.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Stay updated with the latest Allplan features and drafting techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Diploma or College degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• 2 years of experience in reinforcement detailing.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Allplan Nemetschek is required.
• Good understanding of reinforcement detailing and structural engineering principles.

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English (German is an advantage)
• Ability to work under supervision and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
