Position Title: The Junior Growth Manager
Job Description:
The Junior Growth Specialist is responsible for ensuring the continuous growth and development of the marketplaces assigned. She/he makes a significant number of phone calls daily to drive sales, gather client feedback, or provide additional information and support. Acting as the client's "personal assistant" she/he offers guidance and recommendations on how to improve their portfolio, increase impressions and contacts at the platform, and ultimately achieve better sales. At the same time, she/he monitors, analyzes, and enhances the catalogues, to make it more attractive to potential new clients. She/he tracks daily sales performance, reports results, and proposes improvements.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting telesales (both-cold and warm calls)
- Developing catalogues in accordance with established procedures and plans
- Managing promotional activities in assigned markets (creating promotional elements such as labels, banners, feeds)
- Boosting sales through campaigns: cashback and bonuses
- Price management – monitoring, analyzing, and updating prices
- Analyzing key competitors
- Daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring and reporting on key market parameters
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 or more years of experience in telesales
- Understanding of basic principles of marketing, promotion, pricing
- Excellent communication skill
- Superb analytical skill (Excel is a must)
- Open to work in fast moving agile business environment
- Highly self-motivated and proactive
- English speaker B1+
