Junior IT Product Manager

• Manage several vendors across our portfolio (for example Microsoft, Red Hat, Cisco, HPE ...),
• Working with the tools of the assigned vendor (configurators, certifications, marketing...),
• Taking care of projects involving SW/HW of the assigned vendors,
• It strives to provide the most favorable prices and conditions from the distributors and vendor,
• Makes a projection and forms prices that include final costs (import, customs, tax, delivery...),
• Analysis and comparison of received offers from suppliers,
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and distributors,
• Plans and coordinates marketing activities in cooperation with vendors and the marketing department and projects the budget for specific marketing activities,
• Organizes and conducts internal quarterly employee trainings on news and changes in the assortment of the assigned manufacturer (distributor, vendor),
• Communication with equipment distributors as well as internally with colleagues from different organizational units
• Coordinate and communicate product releases and updates, ensuring timely delivery,
• Proactively identify potential risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to project timelines or deliverables,
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Conditions:

• Advanced vocational school/ Bachelor’s degree
• Work experience in IT sales is preferred
• High level of initiative/proactive attitude and can-do mindset
• Good knowledge of English (in speech and writing)
• Great people skills and good communication skills
• Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills
• The role of a Junior Product Manager requires approximately 20% travel to our customers
