AFI Management d.o.o., as a management company for the entire real estate portfolio of AFI Serbia is enlarging Legal department and searching for candidates for the following position: JUNIOR LEGAL COUNSEL
Requirements:
- University Law degree
- Serbian bar exam and lawyer exam
- member of Bar Association
- Working experience in a reputable law office
- Proficiency in English
- Good computer skills
Main responsibilities:
- Drafting lease agreements
- Drafting real estate transaction documents
- Drafting construction agreements and related documents
- Drafting corporate documents and commercial contracts
- Representing the company before the Companies' Registry
- Assisting the local Head of Legal and Legal Counsels with day-to-day legal activities

- Good communication and organizational skills
