Hellooo, we are looking for a Junior Legal Research Specialist to join our team in Novi Sad. If you are finishing your Bachelor's in Law, or have already completed it and are interested in research and law, this might be the position for you.

Responsibilities:
- Do legal research on fiscal laws and retail rules, making it a top priority.
- Collect and analyze information to create detailed monthly reports for clients.
- Keep track of news and legal updates related to fiscal laws and retail regulations.
- Write summaries and detailed descriptions about the laws in each country we study.
- Draft news updates and alerts for each country to keep clients informed.
- Create new documents on agreed-upon topics related to fiscal laws.
- Review documents regularly to ensure they’re accurate and high quality.
- Keep track of document versions to ensure the latest information is always available.
- Check the accuracy and quality of the information before it’s shared or used.
- Research the specific legal requirements for retail businesses in different countries.
- Analyze VAT laws in different countries to understand their impact on clients.
- Communicate clearly with clients to manage their expectations about legal changes.
- Prepare content and help with videos, webinars, and other educational materials.
- Identify potential legal risks in fiscal and retail operations, and suggest ways to reduce them.
- Monitor compliance with laws in different countries to ensure following of the rules.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to make sure research findings align with company and client needs.
- Find information by researching and communicating with tax authorities, ministries of finance, other agencies, and contacts who can help gather the necessary information.
- Research legal acts and general developments that might interest our retail client.
Qualifications:
- Research work experience
- Knowledge of Law and Legal Process
- Interest in fiscalization
- Interest in Retail law
- Knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Interest in research and writing documentation
