Position Overview:

As a Junior Project Coordinator at Primea Medical, you will be integral in coordinating and managing diverse tasks and projects across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience, preferably in international environments, who is eager to take on more responsibility and advance within the company. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a hands-on approach, adept at handling various tasks and ensuring that project goals are achieved.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of various projects within our portfolio.
• Coordinate and implement project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage the research and administrative aspects of the projects.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the team and management.
• Provide support to senior management in various tasks and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Previous work experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with common internet tools and a keen interest in quickly learning new applications.
• Strong initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Serbian and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
