Job Purpose:
As our Junior QMS Administrator (CMD assistant) your job purpose is to maintain organization of the Quality System through predefined policies, quality manual and environment procedures and rules to meet quality standards. Review and share documents in line with Quality standards and/or customer requirements and organize archives.
Your Key Challenges are to:
- Perform internal documentary audits according to internal audit plan. Communicate audit results to the concerned parties, define and follow up action plans.
- Review and update documents, procedures, instructions in accordance with corporate documents.
- Maintain document list under latest revision status. Issue local and shares, translate if needed central documents to concerned parties through plant's specific document sharing tool and assures its availability. Organize archives, carry out obsolete archives statements and oversees annual/quarterly archive transfer planning execution
- Ensure the display of necessary documents (visual aids, technical instructions, process & product parameters) and follow up QMS action plan realization.
- Monitor documentation KPI's and define accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet the Quality Department and the Company's objectives.
- Comply with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Comply with corporate values, code of conducts and non-disclosure agreement.
- Plan and monitor process and system audits.
- Consolidate and report on KPIs.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in management or similar
Required Experience:
- 6 months in similar position is an advantage
Skills required to perform the job:
Functional and Technical Competencies in:
Quality standards and system regulations (ISO, IATF), Audit techniques, Archiving and documentation techniques, Organizational skills.
Language & Software Skills:
MS Office Softwires (Excel, Words, PPT), CRM software and ERP applications. Excellent knowledge of English language
Behavioral Competencies:
Communication, Building Relationships, Self-Development, Personal Effectiveness.
