We are seeking a dynamic Junior Sales Manager to join our team in Novi Sad and contribute to our growing success.
As a Junior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our products and services, while also assisting in the development and implementation of strategic sales plans. Your proactive approach and passion for sales will be key as you engage with potential clients, develop new business opportunities, and collaborate with our dedicated sales team.
Fiscal Solutions is an international IT company that provides our own product - a Cloud-based software solution for fiscalization, highly acclaimed and recognized as one of the best in the market. We also offer consultant services regarding fiscalization laws and regulations in 27 countries worldwide.
Our customers are top Tier 1 retailers such as Prada, Desigual, Hugo Boss, Deichman, Metro Cash & Carry, Jysk, and Ikea, as well as POS software vendors from all over the world.
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales of our products and services by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Research customer needs and preferences, implementing innovative strategies to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with sales representatives, team leaders, and executives to maximize sales opportunities.
- Actively engage in personal branding initiatives, including daily use of LinkedIn for networking and engagement.
- Participate in various institutions and initiatives, contributing to the expansion of our sales network.
- Develop comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to achieve targets.
- Create and implement strategies to cultivate new business partnerships.
- Follow up on potential sales leads and maintain effective communication with clients.
- Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks to support sales operations.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in the English language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum one year of experience in sales, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive results.
- Eagerness to learn B2B sales within the IT industry.
Preferred Skills (Not Required, but Highly Valued):
- Proficiency in the German language.
- Understanding of retail processes and IT solutions in the retail sector.
- Experience in social selling techniques.
