We’re excited to offer you the chance to start a new career as a Junior Talent Acquisition Coordinator with no experience required, fully remote from Niš, Serbia! No experience? No problem! We’ll guide you through a comprehensive two-week, fully covered training in Sofia, Bulgaria, so you’ll be ready to succeed.

What you’ll do:
- Learn how to screen CVs, conduct interviews, and identify great candidates.
- Help recruiters find the perfect talent for our clients, locally and internationally.
- Learn how to work with direct clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Upgrade your organization and communication skills while guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
- Learn how to build strong relationships with job seekers, helping them find their ideal career path.
- Contribute to exciting recruitment projects for companies around the world.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Eager to learn and develop in the recruitment field.
- Team player with good organizational skills.
- Passionate about helping people on their career journey.
