Junior Technical Expert – Green Energy & Climate Advisory 

(Belgrade office) 

We are looking for a Junior Technical Expert to join our team and support our work with financial institutions on green energy and climate-related projects. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background and a strong interest or experience in energy efficiency (EE), renewable energy (RE), or climate technologies.

You will work alongside experienced consultants to provide technical input, support project assessments, and help financial institutions make smart, sustainable investment decisions.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct technical research and analysis on green energy systems and climate technologies
• Help manage projects by tracking progress, communicating with clients on technical matters, and preparing reports
• Assist with energy audits for energy efficiency projects
• Support technical due diligence for renewable energy projects (solar, wind, etc.)
• Contribute to technical advisory work that enables climate-friendly financing

What You Need:

• A university degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, technology, or mining)
• Knowledge or strong interest in energy efficiency, renewable energy, or climate solutions
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is a plus
• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to travel occasionally
