What we will expect from you:
- Work with large sets of data
- Perform ad hoc statistical, data mining, and machine learning analysis on complex business problems related to Voice, MBB, Total Telco solution & overall customer experience.
- Develop and design predictive analysis models using R and Python
- Manipulate Data base using SQL
- Research data to predict the probability of customer actions and improve customer engagement
- Analyze customer requirements, technology and network
For a good start, you should have:
- University degree or in final year in Mathematics, Computer Science or Statistics
- Experience in developing Predictive Models, Data Mining, Machine Learning will be considered an advantage
- Analytical and statistical skills, data mining skills (including data auditing, aggregation, validation…) and data modelling techniques including model parameters calibration and optimization
- Strong Presentation & Communication skills
- Knowledge in SQL, R, Python.
- Understand, categorize, organize, and interpret heterogeneous data sets.
