KICKSTART - Technology Managed Services Internship

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in forecasting, ordering and follow-up of Network and IT Infrastructure services delivered by external partners
• Participate in tracking and evaluation of defined Network, IT and process related KPIs and SLAs
• Regular Mobile Network Quality monitoring and reporting
• Active engagement in vendor contract management activities
• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments across the company on departmental relevant tasks

For a good start you will need:

• University degree (BSc) from Electrical Engineering Faculty - Telecommunications Program or related, or similar faculty
• Understanding of mobile technology
• Knowledge of using MS Office SW & Tools
• Fluent in English

• Good time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
