Key Account Manager (Serbia)
Job description:
- Actively seeks potential companies to acquire new clients
- Manages key accounts and builds trust by staying informed about client business and market
- Assesses client needs and recommends tailored solutions
- Closes deals by aligning client needs with company solutions
- Supports client retention and acquisition through joint visits with product colleagues
- Leverages networks of various sales professionals within the organization to collaborate on client management, marketing strategies, and providing end-to-end supply chain services that meet client needs
- Collects client data to ensure proper operational execution
- Utilizes the organization's CRM tool effectively
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3+ years of business-to-business commercial sales experience within the logistics or freight forwarding industry
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver's license B category

- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
