Kickstart - Portfolio and Project Management Internship

Job overview:
Conducting independently administrative assignments such as Portfolio level tracking and reporting, specific (eg. Project KPIs) reports generation, reporting system administration.
Project Management Supporting roles related to implementation of projects within the Company in accordance with company methodology and best industry practice.
Your responsibilities:
- Assist project teams in preparing and following-up of project plans
- Assist Divisional Portfolio managers during Divisional Planning process and in all activities related to Portfolio management
- Monitor projects performance and suggest improvements
- Quality assurance project documentation
- Liaise with project’s stakeholders on the topics of projects or Project Management methodology, as and when appropriate
- Standardize templates and processes
- Facilitation of Project Management training/coaching/mentoring sessions
- Other responsibilities and deliverables agreed within the Portfolio and project Management Department
For the good start, you will need:
- University degree in process or gained
- Skilled in the tools and techniques of project management (PMI or other certification would be an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Advanced PC skills, including MS Project or similar, Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio General understanding of business and PM processes
