QS CUSTOMER MANAGER

Job description and line of supervision

QS Manager Customer is responsible for performing tasks for the Quality Department and forwarding the necessary information to other Departments as well as communication with clients and on-time reaction about their requirements and complaints. QS Manager Customer is responsible for quality on production line and coordinates quality in all three shifts.
Reports directly to Quality Manager.

The daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring quality key indicators and introducing actions if necessary
• Monitoring implementation of PCP
• Defining and monitoring actions from customer visits and audits
• Acting as a contact for customers and pilot/JIS centre if a customer complaint arises
• Reporting to the plant quality management on problems and the quality situations
• Processing customer complaints and informing affected departments
• Monitoring implementation of corrective actions
• Training QA shift supervisors and Quality Inspectors
• Functional and disciplinary management of subordinate staff, in particular coordination of shift supervisors

General requirements:

• University degree in technical area (VI or VII degree)
• Experience with integration program
• Excellent MS Office knowledge / Advance Excel
• Fluent English is a must (verbal and written)
• Team player
• Creativity and analytical thinking
• Structured and systematic approach

• Organizational and planning skills
• Ability to manage costs
