We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of positions within the company. Your efforts will ensure we attract and retain top talent, contributing significantly to our growth and success.
- Participates in operational steps of the recruitment process (posting job ads, CV screening, scheduling interviews)
- Conducting interviews for entry-level and mid-level positions
- Handles basic recruitment-related administration and system updates
- Assists in organizing employer branding events with guidance
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Psychology, Social Sciences or related field)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Interest in recruitment and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of recruitment concepts
- Familiarity with MS Office tools
