National Support Germany, within the Road department, is responsible for management of customs documentation and indexing procedures. Our team plays a crucial role in facilitating international logistics and ensuring that customs processes are handled efficiently and accurately, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
- Take an active role in supporting Kuehne+Nagel Germany by indexing a variety of invoice documents, including refunds, cancellations, interest charges, enforcement notices, penalties, and security payments—ensuring seamless cross-border cooperation and data accuracy.
- Ensure all financial and customs-related documents meet regulatory standards, while maintaining meticulous records that support transparency, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.
- Manage urgent and sensitive matters such as immediate cash payments, lost documentation, and receipt requests. Provide timely solutions to issues involving customs positions, deferment accounts, and banking details.
- Serve as a go-to resource for a wide range of customs-related inquiries, offering knowledgeable support that helps streamline processes and resolve complex administrative challenges.
- Play a key role in maintaining the smooth flow of financial operations by handling exceptions, clarifying document discrepancies, and ensuring all transactional data is properly indexed and accessible.
- Excellent knowledge of German language is a must
- PC literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
- Logical thinking
- Knowledge of Road Logistics processes preferred
