The primary role of this position is to enhance the Sea Logistics Global Training Team by developing and updating a variety of training materials. This includes creating cutting-edge e-Learning courses, drafting release news articles, and ensuring content is current and relevant. The e-Learning developer will play a crucial role in managing system release notes and user manual updates, producing high-quality video content, and translating materials to support global accessibility. By working closely with key stakeholders and subject matter experts, the developer will ensure that all training objectives are achieved within the specified timelines.
- Create and implement new training content and courseware using tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise, and Vyond
- Develop innovative e-Learning courses that are engaging, accessible, and valuable for knowledge gain and skill development
- Regularly update existing training materials to ensure they remain current and relevant, reflecting the latest system releases and business requirements
- Redesign and update outdated training materials to align with current business needs and technological advancements
- Manage AI voice-over recordings and edit video content to maintain quality and visual standards
- Manage and update training materials for system releases such as SeaLOG, CCL Dashboard, and other systems
- Produce high-quality instructional videos and microlearning content to enhance training materials
- Produce translated content utilizing AI and authoring tools to ensure training materials are accessible to global teams
- Liaise with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to build strong relationships and ensure all learning objectives are met within the agreed timelines
- Develop design specifications, storyboards, and interactions in cooperation with process owners
- Highly independent, creative, attention to detail, good communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Intermediate knowledge and experience with authoring software, including Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and InDesign), Microsoft PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Vyond.
