Road Logistics - Customer Support Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive person to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sustainability, data analytics, and customer service.
You will be responsible for delivering customized performance reports and CO₂e emissions analyses to both internal and external stakeholders. Your work will support strategic decision-making, tender processes, and supply chain optimization through accurate data preparation, visualization, and reporting.
CO₂e Emissions Reporting:
- Perform CO₂e calculations using EcoTransit platform
- Prepare and clean data for EcoTransit templates
- Research and expand EcoTransit capabilities
- Provide CO₂e reports via the RT ticket system
Performance Reporting & Analytics:
- Create customized performance reports for internal and external customers
- Support managers globally and SGI corporate team with data cleaning, analytics, and visualizations
- Manage and report customer non-conformities and performance indicators for selected Global Accounts (GAs)
- Collect, validate, and analyze operational and service-related data
- Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and scheduled reports
- Proficient in English
- Advanced Excel skills
- Effective in multitasking and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills
- High level of organizational, administrative skills and self-motivation
