- Wholistic understanding of the insurance policy and its implications to Kuhne+Nagel risk management
- To ensure that credit risk goals are achieved, and accurate business records are maintained.
- Responsible for evaluation and assessment of accounting data elements within Accounts Opening process (i.e. credit worthiness, insurance qualification, etc.)
- Coordinating communication with Sales, Operations, Customer and Credit Insurance for Credit Coverage and provide guidance to Sales/BU to mitigate Kuhne+Nagel risk
- Liaise with Branch Managers, Area Controllers, Sales with ultimate escalation of credit situations
- Managing the customer credit limits
- Develop and analyze credit reports + Financial Statements regularly
- Supporting Credit Analysts on pending items in the credit control module and complete releases as per the financial guidelines
- Liaise with the collection team and collections manager with ultimate escalation of credit limit or overdue situation
- Escalate to country management critical credit limit exposures
- Report any CCM violations to country management
- Managing Credit Risk Analyst staff supporting assigned company
- Work closely with all Credit Risk Supervisors and Collections Managers
- A University Degree or Diploma in business Administration, commerce, economics or related is required
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in Finance and Credit Management functions
- Minimum of 3 years of leading Credit Management Team
- Analytical skills

- Strong personal drive and ability to think in different ways about a single challenge
- Excellent communications skills both written and oral
