We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave (approx. 2 years). This role involves a variety of accounting tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in month-end closing activities, including accruals, allocations, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit periodic fiscal statements, such as VAT returns, social security filings, and local tax reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date company books by recording vendor invoices, bank statements, and other necessary transactions.
• Stay informed about legal regulations and accounting principles related to cost and financial accounting.
• Perform general cost and financial accounting tasks.
• Manage and control petty cash and business cards.
• Provide support to the HR department.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of processed documents.

Qualifications:

• Background in accounting or business administration.
• Proficiency in English (intermediate level).
• 3-4 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of SAP FI and AA modules is a plus (optional).

Additional Information:

• This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave (approx. 2 years).
• Possibility to work up to 2 days / week from home.
• Working time: 30h to 40h possible.
• Salary level in the range of gross 130.000 RSD - 150.000 RSD.
• No travel is required for this position.
