General purpose of the job: Leading and implementing lean principles and practices. This role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing waste, calculate and analyse general production capacity.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze the efficiency performance of the production lines and the correct timing (targets) of operations,
• Propose solutions for efficiency improvement and monitor the proper execution,
• Participate in production layout definition and analyze the optimum positioning,
• Monitor, analyze and optimize the material flows and propose optimization,
• Train, coach and mentor the staff to develop an understanding of Lead Principles and methods,
• Responsible for setting up production norms by conducting timing of the lines, timing of the operations and timing of the process,
• To strictly follow and analyze the capacity loading considering the input from MPS (customer demands), production orders vs availability of machines and available direct resources,
• Proposing the necessary investments to increase capacity and available human resources to meet customer  demands,
• Lead development of data management system and visualization in production,
• Lead activities to identify and deliver process improvement, 
• Annual planning of LEAN meetings schedules, organization and running weekly LEAN meetings with project teams,
• Conduct analysis of inventory levels and propose actions for reduction, 
• To fulfil his/her working duties in accordance with the Company's policy, objectives and targets,
• To be well informed of company’s quality and environmental policy and environmental standards.

• Previous working experience in a similar role,
