We are looking for a Labor Law Specialist to join our HR team and support our continued growth by ensuring full compliance with labor regulations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about employment law, detail-oriented, and eager to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

Objectives of the role:

• Ensure full compliance with national labor laws, internal policies, and best HR practices
• Provide timely and accurate legal support to the HR department and management
• Minimize legal risks related to employment matters through proactive guidance and documentation
• Support a fair, transparent, and legally sound work environment for all employees
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures from a legal perspective

Responsibilities:

• Monitor changes in labor legislation and ensure company compliance
• Draft, review, and update employment contracts, annexes, and HR policies
• Advise HR and leadership on labor law matters, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations
• Handle legal procedures related to terminations, warnings, disputes, and internal investigations
• Represent the company during labor inspections and liaise with relevant institutions
• Prepare official documents and legal correspondence related to employment matters
• Cooperate with external legal advisors when needed for complex cases

Required skills and qualifications:

• Law degree with a passed bar exam
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in larger systems
• In-depth knowledge of Serbian labor law and related regulations
• Hands-on experience with labor inspections and employment dispute procedures
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and integrity
• Problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in English is a strong asset
