Responsibilities:
- Structuring of the work of restaurants from a legal point of view
- Registration of new companies and work on current legal entities
- Legal representation and representation of interests in government agencies and inspections
- Verification of contracts (suppliers, contractors, lease agreements)
- Contractual work (drafting employment contracts with employees and termination of contracts)
- Onboarding employees into the company
- Consulting on business management and entrepreneurial law
- Preparation of documents when opening new restaurants and control of documentation in already opened projects
Hard skills:
- Experience as a company lawyer or head of the company's legal department for at least 3 years
- Experience in managing a team
- Experience in representing a company in court
- Knowledge of Serbian legislation is 5+
- Knowledge of Russian/English (or the ability to hide ignorance) at a fluent level is mandatory
Soft skills:
- Friendliness and ability to build communications
- Attention to details, accuracy
- High level of self-discipline and time management
- Independence, proactive position and ability to work for results
- Readiness for self-study and learning new technologies
Work Conditions:
- Salary 1.500 Euros NET with potential for growth
