Under the general supervision of the VP of Marketing, the Lead Generation Manager will provide support to the Corporate Marketing Team in creating, implementing, and analyzing digital marketing strategies.
Essential Functions:
- Design and implement marketing campaigns, including PPC, Direct Outreach Programs, SEO, etc., to generate new business leads while maximizing ROI and reducing Customer Acquisition Costs.
- Understanding current Lead Generation best practices and implementing new innovative techniques
- Oversee and optimize marketing automation platforms, including audience segmentation, cross-channel integration, marketing techniques and processes.
- Design and implement reporting best practices to continually evaluate and optimize campaign performance
- Oversee the Lead Generation assigned team members
- Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Job Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience managing a team for Google PPC and SEO campaigns
- Experience in Luxury consumer brands is an asset
- Google Adwords and Social Ads certified or experienced
- Profound understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google.
- Excellent understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools and reporting tools
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Looker Studio), Asana, Hubspot, CRM tools (Sugar/Salesforce) is an asset.
