Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist / Cold Caller to drive our business growth by connecting with small business owners in the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cold calling, LinkedIn, Facebook messaging and other related technologies. This role involves not only initiating contact but also nurturing leads through follow-up efforts and managing a comprehensive lead generation system. The goal is to expand our reach into new verticals. The primary responsibility of this role is cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Initiate and manage cold calls to small business owners across the US, introducing them to our compliance solutions and setting meetings.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn, specifically targeting transportation companies.
- Follow-Up: Consistently follow up on leads from email campaigns and other marketing efforts, ensuring that potential clients are nurtured through the sales funnel.
- Market Expansion: Collaborate with sales and marketing identify and penetrate new markets outside of our existing customer base, focusing on industries where outsourced staffing can provide significant value.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring consistent outreach and engagement.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system, providing insights and updates to the sales team.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly assess the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and make data-driven adjustments to meet or exceed targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: 3-5 years of experience in lead generation and cold calling, preferably within the compliance, ELD or fleet management space. Experience targeting transportation companies is a significant plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the challenges and needs of transportation businesses in the US, particularly in relation to fleet management and regulatory compliance.
- Track Record: A demonstrated ability to generate and convert leads into clients, with clear examples of past successes.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively pitch our services to small business owners.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, LinkedIn, and other lead generation tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms.
- Self-Motivated: Highly self-driven, with a strong ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet goals without close supervision.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market feedback and business needs, with a willingness to explore new industries and opportunities.
