Job description:
- Training of the employees in the production shop floor including foreign workers
- Creating onboarding program for new employees including procedures and instructions
- Involvement in inter-department teams working to improve processes in production and maintenance
- First contact for daily communication with production employees in HR topics
- Leading the recruiting and hiring process of employees in the production shop floor
- Planning and organizing higher level trainings for specific technical topics in relation to company operations
- Working with management to develop proper employee development programme and taking care of employees adequate and market orientated benefits level.
