EXPOBANK a.d. Beograd  is recruiting LEGAL ADVISOR IN DEBT COLLECTION focus on retail clients

Main activities and responsibilities:

  • Planning course of action to recover outstanding payments from retail clients
  • Legal counseling related to the tasks in responsibility of Debt Collection Department (including presence at the meeting with clients and other involved parties)
  • Communication with  authorities / Public Bailiffs , Cadaster, local authorities
  •  Representation before courts and  handling of court proceedings
  • Covering legal aspect of receivables collection and sales of repossessed assets
  • Monitoring and managing work of the external law offices engaged in legal proceedings linked to debt collection from retail clients
  • Resolving customers’ complains and questions related to Debt Collection Department issues
  • Drafting agreements and other documents related to activities in Debt Collection Department
  • Responsible for the accuracy of reports and information on all the above listed  tasks

Requirements:

  • University degree - Faculty of Law
  • Bar exam
  • A minimum three years of relevant working experience (the same or similar position in the) is  preferable
  • Good communication skills and customer oriented approach
  • Good  communication skills of English language
  • Driver’s license – B category
  • Willingness  to travel if necessary
  • Ability to effectively interact with different levels of management
  • PC Skills – Microsoft  office
  • Team player
