Legal Associate (Obligation Law)

Currently, we are looking for: Legal Associate (Obligation Law)

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Monitor and oversee legal cases within the Expansion Department, ensuring adherence to timelines, legal requirements, and internal protocols
• Collaborate closely with the leasing managers to provide essential support in managing legal complexities associated with expansion projects
• Proactively identify potential risks, offering strategic recommendations and solutions to mitigate legal challenges
• Document Creation: Skillfully draft a variety of contracts and documents essential for legal proceedings and operational requirements, and all pertinent documents necessary to fulfill legal obligations and facilitate mediation tasks efficiently.
• Legal representative, active presence and negotiation on the meetings

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in law
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal role, preferably in leasing or real estate
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of contract, real estate, and leasing law
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lease agreements.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ownership mentality
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Proficiency in legal document management, MS Office, and legal research tools
• Availability for business trips
