We collaborate with leading worldwide SMS service providers, as well as some major mobile network operators in Europe and Asia. We provide testing coverage for over 1400 networks worldwide, covering over 180 countries.

Our team:
Founded in 2016, our team counts about 20 people from 11 different countries. Despite being small in size, our services are the first choice for the biggest players in our industry.

About this role:
Are you a recent law graduate looking to kick-start your legal career? Join our team as a part-time Legal Associate where you'll play a key role in supporting our legal operations. You'll help draft contracts, ensure compliance, and contribute to legal strategies. This is your chance to grow in a dynamic environment and make a real impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting in drafting the company's contracts with clients
- Reviewing contracts with clients and vendors
- Providing legal consultations during contract negotiations, including internal and external communication, and reviewing redlines
- Legal representation with business partners, customers, and potential customers.
- Collecting and analyzing laws, regulations, and industry standards of the countries where the company has business partners
- Actively monitoring legislation and legal practices
- Providing support in maintaining the company's contracts database
Skills & Qualifications:
- A recent law graduate or final-year law student
- Experience and knowledge of corporate law is an advantage
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills
- Exceptional analytical and research skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- High level of responsibility and integrity
- Proficient in computer skills (MS Office)
