To supporting our client in achieving their business goals, we are looking for a communicative, determined, and resilient candidate for the position of Legal People Relations Associate, based in Kragujevac.
Position purpose
We welcome lawyers with a long-term interest in labour law matters, motivated to work with people across an international industrial environment. As a part of human resources department, you will be fulfilling the mission and vision of the company by supplying blue collar human resources according to these policies and the aims and strategies of the company.
Job description
- Supports the execution of the relationship between Employee and Employer according to the local laws, collective business agreement, company processes and procedures
- Supports HR team in the definition of Company policies and Company Collective Agreements with Trade Unions in line with local laws and Company regulations
- Assuring a good level of communication and relationship between the trade unions representatives and the employer
- Assuring that company processes and procedures are applied in all company functions and sites
- Providing support to HR site managers and HR Manager in discipline matters with employees and legal disputes (in coordination, when necessary, with Health and Safety and Industrial Security)
- Organizing and supervising the internal KPI regarding workforce in the plant (labor cost - headcounts) and produce relevant reporting
- Supports the HR Manager in finding the right solution in line with local legislation to ensure the right level of flexibility of the labor
- Supports HR Manager in collecting from HR Site Managers and ensuring a correct calculation of company labor cost
- Assuring the on-time production of all the documentation, reporting and declarations to be supplied to local authorities
- Ensures relationship with Local Institutions in Labor area and National Trade Unions in coordination with Business Development Department and Industrial Relations in the Headquarter
Role requirements
- Master’s degree in law
- 4 years of legal experience
- Deep understanding of the Labor Law
- High interest in pursuing career into that direction
- Fluency in written and verbal English as a must
- Excellent MS office skills
