Licensed Architect Engineer

For the EXPO2027 Belgrade Project we are looking for a position: Licensed Architect Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and support on-site architectural construction, ensuring quality control;
• Review construction drawings and detailed node diagrams, propose optimizations and assist revisions;
• Prepare construction plans, technical briefings, and material schedules for architecture;
• Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural, MEP, curtain wall, and interior finishing disciplines;
• Participate in construction progress management to ensure schedule adherence;
• Assist the project manager and department leaders in communication and coordination with the client, design institute, supervision team, and other relevant parties.
• Manage on-site site instructions, variations, quantity verifications and approvals;
• Track and resolve technical and quality issues during construction;
• Participate in project acceptance, documentation, and handover processes.
• Must attend all project-related meetings to ensure timely communication and effective implementation of decisions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate architectural engineer with a valid IKS license no. 400 (Responsible Contractor for architectural and construction works), or with the corresponding license of MGSI Licensed Architectural Contractor, AI 02 -01, Architecture
• Minimum 10 years of total professional experience;
• At least 5 years of experience in similar architectural/construction projects;
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with FIDIC contract-based projects.

Skills:

• Proficient in reading construction drawings and construction techniques; capable of preparing technical documents;
• Familiar with national standards and industry codes;
• Skilled in AutoCAD, BIM, MS Office and similar software;
• Strong coordination and communication skills;
• Able to work under pressure, responsible and proactive;
• Adaptable to construction site working rhythm and management requirements;
• Preference is given to candidates who can communicate in English and read and understand drawings and technical documentation in English, thereby improving coordination on the construction site and communication within the team.
