Our Client, Onyx Funding, is a leading commercial real estate mortgage brokerage in USA that provides real estate investors, operators, and developers with the most robust suite of financing solutions to meet their projects' needs and strategies.

We are looking for:

The Loan processor will provide support to the origination team in USA, in their daily duties to increase loan production levels. As a Loan Processor, you will work directly with customers, loan officers, 3rd party partners, and lenders to ensure a positive customer experience and facilitate timely loan closings.

You have:

  • Prior experience working in a customer-centric environment which includes direct interaction with clients via email;
  • Must have excellent English (as native)
  • Prior experience with residential or commercial loan processing or underwriting is a plus;
  • Legal or accounting work may be a good fit as well;


  • Coordinate and prepare documents necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, reports, and additional commercial mortgage application paperwork;
  • Act as contact between our clients, lenders, and our company. follow-up and be on-top of any issues or items that need to be addressed;
  • Verify all loan documentation received is accurate and complete in accordance with company policy and procedures and report any discrepancies to the loan originator/ loan officer/transaction manager;
  • Follow up and respond to customer and in-house inquiries on transactions as needed in order to provide superior customer service;
  • Communicate with 3rd party and lenders on loan applications status;
  • Track outstanding items on loan files and follow up with customers;
  • Work with management to provide support in various stages and areas of lending and the business;
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be detailoriented and results-driven;
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in order to meet deadline with a strong organizational skills
  • Must have excellent phone etiquette;
  • Must be able to master different computer software programs such as office, excel, PDF, etc.
