We’re opening a position for an in-house local SEO assistant who will join our growing team of experienced SEO specialists, developers, and creative designers. What will you do in this position

• Overseeing and reviewing the citation building process
• Creating local schema markups
• Optimizing Google My Business and Bing listings (this would include writing short pieces of content like business, service, and product descriptions following the latest SEO practices)
• Optimizing social media pages
• Overseeing the citation indexing process
• Working on any other local SEO-related tasks
• Using different online platforms (Fiverr, Bright Local, etc.)
• Using and updating Basecamp to communicate with the team and clients on a daily basis
• Filling in monthly reports, Google spreadsheets & Basecamp tasks to keep track of progress
• Multitasking when needed and completing assigned tasks within a given timeframe

What we’re looking for

• Advanced or native-like knowledge of English
• Bachelor’s degree (obligatory) in the English language or marketing (preferred, but not obligatory)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask & meet set deadlines on a day-to-day basis
• Solid writing skills
• Basic understanding of SEO & digital marketing principles and practices (preferred but not obligatory)
• Basic understanding of collaboration platforms such as Basecamp (preferred but not obligatory)
• Place of residence: Belgrade or willingness to move to Belgrade
