Activities:
- Takes orders from clients and sales representatives, by email, e-lub and phone
- Recording the orders by selecting client, delivery address, quantity, price variant and currency in SAP
- Gives feed-back of all order to clients and sales representatives in case of lack of product, price differences, etc.
- Purchasing goods from the Total Factories
- Collecting and providing all documents needed for Customs clearance
- Check customer credit balance
- Assures continuity with call center service
- Issues transport orders, at customers request and organizes the full logistics
- Follows up the deliveries according to contract schedule
- Elaborates request for “credit note”
- Elaborates and analyzes at the end of every month orders, indicating the reasons for incomplete deliveries
- Receives, registers and communicates customer claims.
- Assures stock inventory at warehouse
- Weekly, monthly stock reporting, reconciliation of physical stock and SAP, for operated customers
- Responsibility of stock in quantity
- Close collaboration and communication with internal and external service providers (agencies, transporters, etc..) and administrative bodies such as customs, as well as the Group business divisions such as Lubricants or HQ
Qualifications/Experience required
- University or College degree
- Fluency in written and spoken English and/or French
- General logistic knowledge. Good Excel skills, SAP knowledge is an asset
- Responsible, analytic, sense for priorities
- Open minded, promptitude, goal oriented person, well organized
- Dynamic and enthusiastic
- 2+ years experience in logistic, supply chain . Basic knowledge on Import & export and customs clearance Experience in Custmer service
